International Salons
Our international shipping rates vary depending on where you are located, weight and method of shipping selected. We calculate each international salon order individually. Please contact us for a quote at support@muvohair.com Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 3-10 business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times. Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies. Discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.
Tax and Duties
Depending on which country you are shipping to, you may have to pay additional tax/customs clearance charges. This will be at your own expense. If you are concerned, we suggest that you contact your local customs/government authority to find out more before you place your order.
International Tracking
If your tracking number starts with CHI, use your own country’s postal system to track your item. eg. UK-Royal Mail, USA-USPS, NZ-NZ Post, DK & SE-Post Nord etc. Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours.
