Maximum strength Ultra Blonde Shampoo removes yellow tones from blonde, bleached, grey and highlighted hair in minutes. Or, leave for longer to over-toning and create lilac and purple tones. This hydrating formula leaves hair more manageable, prevents fading and adds shine. This is your client’s product for perfect blonde hair care maintenance in between salon visits!

How to Use

Apply to wet hair, lather and massage in. Leave for 1 to 5 minutes depending on desired results. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

MUVO Ultra Blonde Shampoo takes very quickly to pre-coloured or bleached hair and you or your client may experience over-toning. In this case, dilute with MUVO Colour Luxe Shampoo for the desired tone. For stronger results, use Ultra Blonde Shampoo on dry or towel dried hair. Use as needed to control brassiness and provide your client with your professional recommendation of usage; we recommend every second wash.

Product may stain absorbent material. If in eyes wash out immediately with water.

Recommended Routine

MUVO Ultra Blonde Shampoo is to be used to tone your client’s hair when it starts looking brassy. We recommend MUVO Colour Luxe as your client’s regular shampoo and conditioner, and alternating washes with Ultra Blonde Shampoo (or even adding these two together to dilute the strength of toning). Using MUVO Colour Luxe as their regular shampoo and conditioner, then combining Ultra Blonde Shampoo when needed, will help your client avoid any build-up and increase cleaner toning results for them.

    Probably the best toning shampoo on the market today with a great formula. Brilliant for toning blondes and leaves hair soft and easy to comb. Great for basin.

When I shampoo my hair, I mix the Ultra Blonde shampoo with the Totally Naked shampoo together, rinse, then use the Ultra Blonde conditioner or the Totally Naked conditioner, depending on how my colour is on that day. It's the best.

  • How often should my client use MUVO Ultra Blonde?

    It really depends on the level of blonde that your client is, and the look they’re after. MUVO Ultra Blonde is to be used to tone your client’s hair when it starts to look brassy. We recommend MUVO Totally Naked as their regular shampoo and conditioner, and alternating washes with Ultra Blonde (or even adding these two together to dilute the strength of toning). Using MUVO Totally Naked as their regular shampoo and conditioner, then combining Ultra Blonde when needed, will help to avoid any build-up and increase cleaner toning results.

  • Is MUVO Ultra Blonde just for blondes?

    No – why should they have all the fun? MUVO Ultra Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner can be used on all levels of grey hair as well as those with darker highlighted hair to tone down unwanted brassiness. Your clients will have a more balanced grey and clean up brassy highlights to achieve a brighter, blended colour like they just stepped out of the salon!

  • Will MUVO Ultra Blonde turn my client's hair purple?

    When left on the hair for a short period of time, MUVO Ultra Blonde Shampoo will simply tone your client’s hair. It will only begin to overtone if left on for longer periods of time, or if their hair is already very bleached. If you are concerned, recommend that they start gradually by just shampooing their hair and rinsing out after a short amount of time, assessing the results and then leaving longer the next time.

  • What if my client's hair goes too ashy/purple when using MUVO Ultra Blonde?

    Don’t panic! Just tell them to shampoo their hair with MUVO Totally Naked Shampoo (or their normal shampoo) and it will fade out gradually. For immediate removal and a little more grunt, we recommend our clarifying MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo that will do the job AND keep their hair hydrated and in good condition.

  • Will MUVO Ultra Blonde dry out my client's hair?

    We know that toning shampoos have a reputation for being drying on the hair so we have specifically formulated MUVO Ultra Blonde with essential ingredients to combat this. Different hair types and the condition of your client’s hair plays a big part in determining the length of application time required. We recommend that they use MUVO Ultra Blonde according to the directions. We also recommend that they add MUVO Ultra Blonde Conditioner to their toning routine to seal in moisture, protect their colour and lock in clean blonde results.

  • How do I know if MUVO Ultra Blonde is right for my client's hair type?

    MUVO Ultra Blonde is right for your client’s hair if they are looking to maintain salon created blonde without the brass. Suitable for all blonde hair including natural blondes, grey and all highlighted hair. We invite you and your client to experiment!

  • Will MUVO Ultra Blonde lighten my client's hair?

    The short answer is no! MUVO Ultra Blonde will not lighten your client’s hair and is not a bleach. MUVO Ultra Blonde is a toning shampoo that deposits a unique formula to tone-down unwanted warm, yellow and brassy undertones in blonde, bleached, grey and highlighted hair.

  • Can my client use MUVO Ultra Blonde if their roots (or ends) are a different colour?

    MUVO Ultra Blonde can be used in this scenario but be sure to recommend that they apply mainly to the section of their hair where toning is required. If their ends are lighter than the rest of their hair MUVO Ultra Blonde is perfect for maintaining toned, clean-blonde ends.

    Here’s a trick! If you want to avoid toning a section of hair, before applying shampoo, coat the areas that you don’t wish to tone with MUVO Totally Naked Conditioner, to avoid MUVO Ultra Blonde Shampoo coming into contact with this section.

  • Do I need to use MUVO Ultra Blonde Shampoo on my client's clean hair? Or use a regular shampoo afterwards?

    No. MUVO Ultra Blonde is a shampoo. It has all of the wonderful ingredients to leave your hair clean and vibrant as well as performing its incredible toning duties.

  • Will MUVO Ultra Blonde stain my hands and/or towels?

    Like any beauty product with colour, there is some risk of staining. This will depend on the condition of your skin (dryness, etc). Make sure you thoroughly rinse hands immediately after use or whilst you’re waiting for development. We find that hand staining usually comes off with MUVO Conditioner. Product may stain absorbent material. If concerned, we recommend using dark towels on toning days!

  • I can't open my MUVO bottle... any tips?

    For MUVO to develop a quality bottle and prevent leakage during shipping, we created packaging that would be ultra-secure. Step by step we will show you how to easily and safely open our MUVO bottles.
    How to open our pump in 3 easy steps

    With one hand, firmly grasp both the ribbed section and the lower half of the smooth section together.

    With your other hand grab the nozzle and turn in the directioon as shown on top of the pump. The pump will begin to rise and seperate.

    Voila! Your MUVO is ready for pumping action.
